How are you today Friend? Today I want to share a 3PL case study and an infographic.

This 3PL case study was just made available to me and shares some information about a company located in Texas with about 530,000 square feet of workspace.

Their challenge was collecting and assembling orders containing
a wide variety of component shapes and sizes at a stationary packing location led to inaccurate labeling, inefficient picking.
