The 11th Annual Northeast L.E.A.N. Conference is scheduled for Tuesday September 29, 2015 at 7:30 AM EDT. The event continues on through Wednesday September 30. You will want to attend because our great team will be in attendance. We want to connect with you in person and show you the latest workstation and portable power supply products.
The theme of the event "Lead, Enable And Nurture" is timely and offers answers to:
> Where do we begin?
> How can we sustain the gains we've made?
> How do we progress from operational excellence to enterprise excellence? How can Lean and improvement become continuous and ingrained in the fabric of the organization?
> What must we do to create Lean culture? How can we see our gaps and evaluate our true Lean progress?
